Center for Human Security Studies (CHSS), organized a training session for 450 teachers from Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) and Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TTWREIS) on Model United Nations (MUN) at Dr. MCR HRDIT, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
The aim of this MUN is to engage teachers and allow them to develop deeper understanding into current world issues and teach them about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations.
This event was attended by many diplomats and civil servants who trained the teachers, so that teachers could return to their schools and conduct Model United Nations (MUN) to enhance their students understanding of diplomacy, global affairs and the United Nations.
